- There are no accounts, no analytics and no crash-reporting tools in the app.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which may collect device information to show and measure ads. Premium removes ads entirely.

- We don't sell your personal information.
Who we are
Wage Tracker Widgets is published by Atkinson Interactive (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the iOS app, its widgets and its Live Activities handle, and your choices about it.
Information that stays on your device
Everything you enter or record in the app is stored only on your device, in storage the app shares with its own widgets. This includes:
- Time entries and shifts: dates, start and end times, breaks
- What you worked on, notes, clients or jobs, and hourly rates
- Tips, bonuses and your settings (such as language, appearance and tax set-aside)
We don't operate servers for the app and have no access to this information. It may be included in your device backups (for example, iCloud Backup), which are controlled by you and Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
When you export a timesheet, CSV or backup file, the app creates the file on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next is your choice.
Widgets, the Live Activity and Siri / Shortcuts actions read and update this same on-device data. Nothing is sent to us.
Advertising (free version only)
The free version shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect information from your device such as:
- Device and advertising identifiers (the Apple Advertising Identifier only if you allow tracking)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device type, operating system, app version and ad interactions
Google does not receive your work data. Google processes this information under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Your choices
- Tracking permission. iOS asks whether the app may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, ads are not personalized using your advertising identifier. You can change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland). Where required by law, a Google consent form asks for your choices before ads are requested. You can change them anytime in the app under More › Privacy options.
- No ads at all. A Premium subscription removes ads, and no ad requests are made while it is active.
Purchases
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes your payment; we receive no payment or card details. The app only checks with Apple whether your subscription is active. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings.
Crash reports
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash and performance reports. You can turn this off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
What we don't do
- We don't require an account or collect your name, email or contacts.
- We don't use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
- We don't sell your personal information or share your work data with anyone.
Deleting your data
Because your data is only on your device, you're in control of it. In the app, More › Erase all data permanently removes your time entries, rates and bonuses. Deleting the app removes all of its data, including settings, from your device. To manage data Google holds for advertising, use the tracking and consent controls above or Google's My Ad Center.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of personal information, and to opt out of the “sharing” of information for targeted advertising. We don't hold personal information about you; for advertising data, you can opt out by declining tracking and adjusting your choices under More › Privacy options, or by subscribing to Premium. For anything else, contact us using the details below.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has used the free version, the ad controls above apply, and you can contact us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
