1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Atkinson Interactive websites, mobile applications, and related services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). An individual app may provide additional disclosures in the app or on its App Store listing. If an app-specific notice differs from this policy, the more specific notice controls for that app.
2. Information we may receive
The information available to us depends on the Service you use and the features enabled in that Service.
- Information you provide. If you contact us, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, app name, device details, and message.
- Technical and usage information. Our hosting providers and, where enabled, analytics or advertising providers may receive information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, general region, interaction events, IP address, advertising identifiers, crash data, and diagnostic logs.
- App data. Some utility apps may store information you enter to provide their functions. The relevant app’s interface and App Store privacy label describe whether that information remains on your device or is processed by a service provider.
3. How information is used
We may use information to operate and provide the Services; respond to support requests; improve, test, and monitor products and features; understand aggregate usage trends; diagnose technical problems; maintain security; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
Atkinson Interactive does not sell personal information for money. If an app uses advertising services, data handling associated with those services will be disclosed through that app’s App Store privacy label and applicable consent controls.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We may use service providers to host websites, distribute apps, measure performance, deliver advertising, analyze crashes, or provide other technical functions. Depending on the app and version, these may include Apple services and Google services such as Firebase or Google Mobile Ads. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, or Atkinson Interactive; investigate fraud, security, or technical issues; enforce applicable terms; or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of assets. If ownership changes, personal information may be transferred subject to appropriate notice and protections.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including support, security, legal, and operational needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Your choices
You can limit some collection through iOS privacy settings, including permissions and tracking controls. You may also remove an app to stop future collection by that app. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you believe we hold, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when required by law.
7. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.
8. California privacy
California residents may have rights regarding personal information under applicable law. These rights can include requesting access, correction, or deletion and receiving information about certain disclosures. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
9. External links
The Services may link to the App Store or other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the affected Service when appropriate.
